Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what further discussions he has had with the United Malay National Organisation and the Malay Chinese Association on the question of elected representatives on the Legislature; what agreement was arrived at: what are its terms; and how far the members of the various committees who resigned recently are now willing to co-operate with the Government.
