§ 55. Mr. Marquandasked the Minister of Health whether he is satisfied that all local authorities in England and Wales will have made adequate arrangements for the supply of welfare foods after 14th July.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodI am satisfied that so far as can be foreseen the arrangements should be satisfactory, but in a transfer of responsibility on this scale there may be a few local difficulties which will need to be put right by experience.
