§ Mr. Gammans1,023 lines have been connected during the past 12 months and 1,529 applications were outstanding at 30th June. Of these, 313, 122, 75, 27 and seven have been outstanding for more than one, two, three, four and five years respectively. The earliest application is dated July, 1947.
