§ Mr. Blackburnasked the Minister of Education if she will publish a list of local education authorities which did not accede to her request in 1953 to revise their income scales for the remission of the charge for school dinners.
§ Miss HorsbrughI have never asked, and I see no reasonable ground for asking all local education authorities to modify their income scales. In Circular 262 of January, 1953, I told them that I was prepared to consider proposals for such modifications.
