§ Mr. Iain MacleodAs part of an investigation of dentists' remuneration under the National Health Service agreed between the British Dental Association, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland, and myself, the Board have, at our invitation, supplied us with information about the total professional income and expenses in 1952–53 returned for Income Tax purposes by a number of dentists selected by sampling methods. Naturally, the information supplied to us is in a form which does not enable the income or expenses of any individual to be identified.
