§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI am glad to say that all members of the panel are now restored to health and are pressing on with their work on the Bruce White proposals. They have recently informed me 235W that owing to the very general nature of those proposals, and the lack of a comprehensive detailed scheme, they find it necessary to consider the problem in much greater detail than they at first visualised, in order to establish the highway clearances that could be provided and the general feasibility of the project. They are proceeding with the production of amore comprehensive report, which they hope to present in March
