§ 82. Mr. Donnellyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what representations Her Majesty's Government has received from the Afghanistan Government regarding a review of the Anglo-Afghan Treaty of 1921.
§ Mr. Selwyn LloydOn 21st November, 1953, the Government of Afghanistan formally notified Her Majesty's Government of their wish to conclude a new treaty to strengthen the political, commercial and cultural relations between the two countries, which are at present regulated by the Treaty of Friendship concluded in 1921.
