§ Mr. J. R. H. HutchisonNo new instructions have been issued concerning operations in prohibited areas. These areas consist of thick forest bamboo or inhospitable moorland with more than head high undergrowth. Entry into these areas is prohibited to all persons and this fact is well known to all.
