asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if his attention has been drawn to the statement issued by the British Boxing Board of Control, a copy of which has been sent to him, showing that boxing promotions fell from 69 in October, 1951, to 53 in October, 1952, and 38 in October, 1953. due to the increased tax; and, in view of this fall, if he will reconsider the tax imposition in his coming Budget.
