§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWork cannot start until the line of this diversion has been settled by an order under the Civil Aviation Act, 1949. Such an order is subject to special Parliamentary procedure and requires due notice and a period for objections, which may necessitate a public inquiry. I cannot forecast exactly how long this procedure will take.
