ThomasThe House will be aware that its Select Committee on the Army and Air Force Acts has not yet completed its task, and that some of its recommendations may affect the naval disciplinary code. In these circumstances, it would not be appropriate for me now to suggest how the House might, in due course, consider the Naval Discipline Act.
