§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftExports to the U.S.S.R. of all locomotives are subject to licensing control. Applications for export licences will be considered on their merits. Orders are notified to the Consultative Group on East-West trade. This is in accordance with the policy agreed by all members of the Group.
