§ Mr. MaudlingI regret I am not yet in a position to disclose details of further negotiations. It is a conditional: these purchases that normal marketings from home or Commonwealth sources should not be displaced and care is being taken to see that this condition is satisfied.
§ Sir A. Bossomasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give an assurance that the American surplus products bought for 61,250,000 were not in any way obtainable from home or Commonwealth sources.
