asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he has referred fluoroacetamide to the Poisons Board again, with a view to banning its use altogether.

No. Fluoroacetamide can now be purchased only for use as a rodenticide. As my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture announced on 3rd February, he has asked his Advisory Committee on Poisonous Substances used in Agriculture to review without delay the use of this substance as a rodenticide. I shall not hesitate to consult the Poisons Board again if the Committee's report shows that to be desirable.
