HC Deb 18 February 1954 vol 523 c234W
80. Mr. Blenkinsop

asked the Minister of Health the estimated cost to the National Health Service in 1953 of payments by hospital authorities to part-time specialists and consultants for travelling time and domiciliary consultations.

Mr. Iain Macleod

I regret that it is not possible to give an estimate of the cost of travelling time, as this is not paid for separately. Information about payments for domiciliary consultations is being obtained and I will send it to the hon. Member.
