§ Mr. Edeasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation to give a list of the places in which are situated the seamen's canteens to which he proposes that the Licensing (Seamen's Canteens) Bill should apply; and the number of canteens in each place.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydAfter consulting the Merchant Navy Welfare Board I have certified the need for Seamen's Canteens at the following places for the purposes of the Licensing (Seamen's Canteens) Act, 1954:
