§ 77. Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps are being taken by the Governments of Nyasaland and Northern Rhodesia, in conjunction with the Government of Southern Rhodesia, to co-ordinate their Native Affairs policy under the new Federation of Central Africa.
§ Mr. LytteltonThe furtherance of this admittedly desirable aim is not a process which can be hurried. I would refer the hon. Member to the functions conferred on the African Affairs Board by Article 70 (b) of the Federal Constitution. This Board was set up earlier this month.
