§ Mr. Selwyn LloydIt will be recalled that Her Majesty's Government, together with the Governments of France and the United States, took the initiative in bringing this question of the Egyptian blockade124W of Israel before the Security Council in August, 1951. The Israel Government have now raised the matter again in the Security Council and it is being debated at the present time.
