HC Deb 10 February 1954 vol 523 cc131-2W
87. Mr. R. Robinson

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been called to acts of vandalism on the estate of Mrs. Sutherland, Five Islands, Antigua; whether those responsible have been apprehended and brought to trial; and what steps have been taken to prevent repetition of such conduct.

Mr. Hopkinson

I am informed by the Governor that damage has been done on Mrs. Sutherland's estate. Despite every effort those responsible have not yet been traced. I am awaiting a further report.
