Colonel Crosthwaite-Eyreasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the net annual average of financial assistance in all forms received from the United States of America and the Commonwealth by the United Kingdom during the periods July, 1945, to October, 1951, and November, 1951, to the latest convenient date, respectively, allowing for interest payments and capital repayments by the United Kingdom to the countries from whom such assistance has been received.
