Commander Maitlandasked the Minister of Fuel and Power what arrangements are proposed by the Government to enable nationalised industries, such as the gas industry, to create benevolent funds from which pensions maybe paid to employees who have been in the gas industry for long periods of time, who are now retiring and to whom existing pension schemes are not applicable.
