§ 102. Mr. Mulleyasked the Minister of Education if she will give an assurance that the graduate allowance for first-class honours degrees, proposed in the new Burnham scale, will be payable to graduates of University College, Dublin, as well as to graduates of universities of the United Kingdom.
§ Miss HorsbrughI have not yet received the Burnham Committee's detailed recommendations for good honours degree allowances and I am, therefore, not in a position to comment on the matter.
