§ Sir A. Bossomasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if he will consider granting an additional foreign travel allowance to tourists wishing to visit countries over 2,000 miles away, particularly such countries as Brazil with whom we have a cultural convention, as the expenses of the journey are out of proportion to the £50 which a tourist may spend when he reaches his destination.
