Robinsonasked the President of the Board of Trade what specific action has been taken by his Department so far with a view to implementing the recommendations of the Copyright Committee; and whether a decision has yet been reached as to whether there is to be comprehensive legislation on this subject or interim legislation dealing with the more urgent recommendations of the Committee.
§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftThe main recommendations of the Copyright Committee have been reviewed and observations from a number of interested organisations are being considered. I regret that I cannot yet make any announcement about legislation.
