HC Deb 03 February 1954 vol 523 c35W
62. Mr. A. Henderson

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how far the information received from the United States Government indicates that the procedural atomic talks, now taking place between the United States and Soviet Governments, cover President Eisenhower's plan for international stock piling of atomic materials and his proposal for private discussions on atomic disarmament.

Mr. Selwyn Lloyd

These talks cover President Eisenhower's proposal and the Soviet proposal for a ban on atomic weapons.
