§ Mr. G. Thomasasked the Attorney-General the number of Service pension appeals heard at Cardiff during each of the years 1950, 1951, 1952 and 1953, respectively, and the comparative figures of those appeals granted.
The Attorney-GeneralAppeals heard by a pensions appeal tribunal fall into two categories:
(1) Appeals on the issue of entitlement to pension; and
(2) Appeals against assessment of disability.
The figures asked for in relation to appeals heard at Cardiff during the years 1950 to 1953 are as follows:
