87. Mr. Dugdale

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware of the increasing number of Commonwealth students who, finding themselves unable to obtain places in universities in this country, go to United States universities instead; and if he will increase the university grants so as to allow of an increase in the number of Commonwealth places.
