§ 94. Mr. A. J. Irvineasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will arrange for the publication of specimen conditions to be imposed upon grants of planning permission for mineral working, similar in form to those published in Appendix A of the Memorandum on the Control of Mineral Working, 1951, but brought up to date and improved.
§ Mr. DeedesA revised edition of the Memorandum is being prepared, in the course of which the Appendix will be reviewed.
