Member refers; and to help with this, have arranged that the subsidies for hill cattle, part of which184W is normally required to be spent on improvements, may this year be spent entirely on winter keep. On the failure to harvest corn crops, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I have given today, as Minister of Food, to my hon. Friend the Member for Maidstone (Sir A. Bossom).
