Mr. Donnellyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government the total number of planning appeals received by the Minister in each of the years 1952 and 1953 and up to the latest convenient date in 1954; and for the same period the number of appeals that have been allowed, the number that have been dismissed, and the number that were discontinued before hearing.

No separate record is kept of such cases, but they are comparatively few.
