§ The Prime MinisterThe situation about my telegram has not changed since I made my last statement on the subject on 7th December in answer to a Question by the hon. Member for Newcastle-under-Lyme (Mr. Swingler). I am not prepared to burden the House with accounts of private conversations I have with anybody. I cannot recall any precedent for such demands among Members of Parliament.
