asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he is aware of the impression that has been made by the Final Report of the Committee on Air Pollution; and if he will make a statement indicating what consideration is being given to the Report and give details of the action that is being taken as a matter of urgency.

Yes. As my right hon. Friend said last week, he intends to make a statement on the subject as soon as possible.
