§ 64. Mr. Orbachasked the Minister of Health, in view of his desire that the waiting time of patients be cut down, if he will issue an instruction to divisional medical officers of his Department asking them not to keep patients waiting for an hour or more after the stated time of an appointment.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodThese officers endeavour to arrange their appointments so as to avoid any undue waiting by patients. If the hon. Member will give me particulars of any case he has in mind I shall be glad to inquire into it.
