King46. Dr. asked the Minister of Education if she will take steps to see that information is always given to the police by a local education authority when it dismisses a teacher for sexual offences against children.
§ Mr. PickthornIt has always been the practice of the Department, when asked, to advise that the police should be informed where there is reason to suspect that an indecent assault has taken place. My right hon. Friend is considering whether it would be useful to give any general advice to this effect.
