§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe average amount was rather more than $1,000 million per annum in the first period and rather less than $400 million per annum in the second. These figures do not include Lend-Lease supplies received between 1st July, 1945 and V-J-Day, or aid in the form of military equipment which is not evaluated on transfer.
