§ Mr. Warbeyasked the Minister of Health when he anticipates that adequate institutional accommodation will be available for all mentally-deficient 356W children urgently needing such accommodation within the area of the Sheffield Regional Hospital Board.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodI hope that an additional 33 places for mentally defective children will become available in the Sheffield Regional Hospital Board's area in the near future and a further 130 places within three years. Further schemes are in preparation and will be proceeded with as quickly as circumstances permit, but I cannot say by when all needs will be met.
