§ Sir D. EcclesI am advised by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport that merely to widen the park gates at Hyde Park Corner would not improve traffic conditions. A comprehensive plan of traffic improvements at Hyde Park Corner has been prepared, but must wait until money is available.
