§ Mr. Snowasked the Minister of Health if he will investigate the situation in the near vicinity of Hammerwich Hospital, Staffordshire, where 10 properties are drained to open cesspools; and if he will consult the Minister of Housing and Local Government with a view to this threat to patients' well-being by fly-carried infection being classified as good cause for a sewerage scheme to be authorised.
