§ The Attorney-GeneralI regret that I am not yet in a position to say when the Report of the Royal Commission is likely to be published. The hon. and gallant Member will appreciate that, in view of the wide terms of reference of the Commission and the volume of evidence taken, the preparation of the Report is bound to take a considerable time, but I can assure him that the Chairman is fully aware of the need for the Commission to make its Report as soon as possible.
