HC Deb 20 October 1953 vol 518 c241W
15. Mr. Hastings

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what information he has concerning the annual value of the products of gardens, as opposed to agricultural land; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. H. Macmillan

My Department, in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture, have been doing some research into this, but the investigations have not yet reached a stage at which I could usefully make a statement.
