§ 110. Sir R. Aclandasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will make available in the Library of the House of Commons the full report of the International Bank Mission which visited British Guiana, which was made available in mid-July; and why no copy of this report was available in this country by the date of the suspension of the Constitution.
§ Mr. LytteltonA typed copy of the main report was placed in the House of Commons Library on 12th November. Advance copies, for the comments of Governments, have been available in my Department and in British Guiana since July, but the Bank's permission to make the report public was not received until 17th October. The printed report should be on sale in this country in December.
