asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will give a list of the members of the State Council in British Guiana immediately before the suspension of the Constitution, giving the positions occupied by each, either in Government service or in trade or commerce, at the time of his appointment.

G. L. Robertson, Commission Agent.

P. A. Cummings, Barrister.

Sir Frank McDayid, formerly Financial Secretary of British Guiana.

R. B. Gajraj, Merchant.

Dr. A. J. Knight, Archbishop of the West Indies.

L. A. Luckhoo, Barrister and President of the Manpower Citizens' Association (Trade Union).

W. A. Macnie, Managing Director, Sugar Producers' Association, and

W. J. Raatgever, Merchant.
