§ 88. Mr. Fernyhoughasked the Undersecretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what financial or material aid has been given by Her Majesty's Government to the Indian Prime Minister's National Relief Fund for people affected by the floods in Andhra, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
§ Mr. J. FosterHer Majesty's Government have felt deep sympathy with the unfortunate victims of these disasters, but with the numerous calls upon their resources they did not themselves feel able to contribute to the Indian Prime Minister's Fund.
