asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will place in the Library a copy of the rules of procedure of the tribunal which has been set up in British Guiana to consider appeals by persons detained under the Emergency Regulations.

My right hon. Friend has asked the Governor for a copy of the rules of procedure for this purpose.
