§ Mr. Wheatleyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make arrangements for libraries in the sheriff courts in Scotland to be brought up to date; and to include appropriate copies of law reports and text books.
§ Mr. J. StuartThe arrangements for the supply of books and law reports to the sheriff courts in Scotland are receiving attention at present and I will inform the right hon. and learned Gentleman of the result of my consideration of the subject.
