§ Miss HorsbrughThe local education authority for Holborn and St. Pancras and the other Metropolitan boroughs is the London County Council. I have no information which would enable me to answer the Question except that relating to school buildings. I have included in 93W the annual programmes for which they were proposed all the school building projects for this area submitted to me by the London County Council since I took office, except that I have postponed from the main to the reserve 1954 programme one secondary school project because it was doubtful whether building could be started during the programme year. The school concerned, which is in the parliamentary division of St. Pancras North, is estimated to cost about£140,000.
