§ The Attorney-GeneralI regret that I am not yet in a position to say when the Report of the Royal Commission is likely to be received. I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to the hon. and gallant Member for Brixton (Lieut.-Colonel Lipton), on 22nd October.
