asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many certificates were issued in 1950, 1951 and 1952, respectively, by sanitary authorities, that the house in which the tenants of dwelling houses, covered by the Rent and Mortgage Restrictions Acts, 1920 to 1938, live, is not in a reasonable state of repair.
