asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will make a further statement about the receipt of the Report of the Commission on Higher Education for Africans in Central Africa.

My right hon. Friend regrets that, speaking from memory, he misinformed the House in this matter when replying to the hon. Member's Question on 6th May. Roneod copies addressed to the Central African Council came through the Colonial Office on 16th February. These were sent out to the Central African Council and to the three Central African Governments, who were obliged to consult each other about printing and publication. It was eventually arranged that the printing should be done in the United Kingdom. The report will be published tomorrow.
