asked the Secretary of State for War whether he now has any further information about the killing of Sergeant Fill in ambush in Egypt on 27th April.

The circumstances of Sergeant Fill's death are the subject of a court of inquiry, the results of which have not yet been received. Meanwhile. I have nothing to add to my reply to the hon. Member on 5th May.
